The body is a welded steel structure made of S355 and AISI 304 steel. The entire body structure is machined with the CNC boring machine, so our range of rotary star feeders are highly sealed and trouble-free.
Rotor with 8 steel blades. The blades can be finished off with steel regulation plates or rubber cover pads. The rotor with rubber cover pads is used when larger parts (particles) may occur in the dust and block the rotor. The rotary star feeder is also available in the cutting version. In this case, the blades are seated on the rotor at an angle and provided with sharpened strips which act as cutters working together with the counter-cutter mounted to the body.
