Conveyors for use in potentially explosive atmospheres are made and certified according ATEX EX II 2D.

In order to reduce risk and improve safety, we offer equipment that can work in the following zones Ex 3D (strefa 22), 2D (strefa 21) oraz 1D (strefa 20). Our equipment designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres is equipped with sensors and drives suitable for the specific explosion-protected area, the pedestal bearing housings are offset from the conveyor frame by a minimum of 60 mm, the shafts are sealed with cable glands, and additionally, if required, we also use extensive explosion relief and suppression systems as well as extinguishing systems.

Devices for ATEX zones are equipped individually according to the customer requirements and safety conditions on a case by case basis.

Each device designed to operate in a potentially explosive atmosphere is marked appropriately.
