Our company offers slide gates designed for each type of conveyor. As standard, they are available in 3 versions: electric, pneumatic, manual.

Our slide gates feature a simple and reliable design with a high level of tightness and self-cleaning – the gate closes flush with the bottom of the conveyor.

As an option, we offer samplers for our conveyors used to sample the conveyed material for detailed testing in the laboratory. The samplers meet the highest sanitary requirements.

As standard, they are made of AISI 304 steel.

We also offer a wide range of inlets / outlets and may use # / Ø, adapters as requested by the customer. In addition, we also manufacture a wide range of gravity transport connectors: pipes, elbow fittings, dividers, brakes, magnetic separators.

We offer a professional system of fully adjustable supports for our conveyors.

The entire system is assembled with fasteners and requires no welding during assembly.

The bottom bend segment allows an angled chain conveyor to be built in. With this solution, bulk materials can be transported at different angles to the appropriate height, using only one device.

As standard, we manufacture bottom bends with the following angles: 15 st. 30 st. 45 st. 60 st. Other angles are made on special request.

The top bend segment allows an angled chain conveyor to be built. With this solution, bulk materials can be transported at different angles to the appropriate height, using only one device and poured out of the conveyor on a horizontal level at the appropriate height.

As standard, we manufacture top bends with the following angles: 15 st. 30 st. 45 st. 60 st. Other angles are made on special request.

Aspiration filters are designed to extract dry and non-adhesive dust from the air and gases inside the chain conveyors. By using these devices, we decrease dustiness inside the conveyor, which reduces the risk of ignition or explosion.

Our filters are suitable for indoor and outdoor use and are weather-resistant. The filter performance is selected individually.

Loading sleeves are the ideal solution for efficiently loading dry, dusty bulk materials into tanks. A fixed connection to the centralised filter unit ensures a dust-free process.
