The screw conveyors are designed to convey and dispense bulk materials. They are also used as mixers and silo unloaders.

As standard, we use NORD or SEW gear motors seated directly on the drive shaft to drive our screw conveyors.
Drive shaft bearings are mounted in SKF, SNR, KOYO housings located outside the conveyor frame. Lubrication points are outside the bearing unit covers.
Shaft glands guarantee 100% tightness even at high temperatures
It is made from a seamless tube. After the journals are welded in, it is machined in a single setup, which ensures perfect operation in the bearing housings.
The screw blades are made with a dedicated CNC rolling mill.
We manufacture screw shafts:
It is made from a seamless tube. After the journals are welded in, it is machined in a single setup, which ensures perfect operation in the bearing housings. The screw blades are made on hydraulic presses and then welded onto the shaft using special templates
The manhole design allows for quick and safe access to the interior of the device and provides 100% sealing against dust, gases and liquids.
The device features a modular design and its individual segments are U-shaped, allowing it to be mounted easily at the point of use. Depending on the destination, the conveyors may be provided with covers along their entire length. or not, if mounted under silos or funnels. For conveyors longer than 5 m, the intermediate screw shaft bearings are used. For this purpose, we use special SKF plain bearings.
The device features a monolithic design. This application allows for bulk material handling and the precise dosing of bulk materials.
As an option, the conveyors can be equipped with a totalising hopper weigher.
Max distance: 3 m.
The device may be either of monolithic or modular design depending on the length and place of installation.
Mixing screw conveyors are used where bulk material needs to be mixed during the horizontal transport, and the additional advantage of our devices is:
